How I did it?
1. I opened the unedited image and made a duplicate layer which I then rasterised.
2. Next I used the magnetic lasso tool to select the man on the left and the table.
3. Next I refined my magnetic lasso cut edges with the refine mask tool.
4. Finally I applied a gaussian blur effect to create the image you are looking at now.
5. Lastly I saved my creation as a JPEG so I could share it across multiple platforms.

3. Next I used the polygon lasso tool to select an area for a spotlight.
4. Next I used the brush tool to lighten my spotlight up
5. Finally I added a gaussian blur effect to clean things up.
